These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of this website and the purchase of products from Peptide Vault Research Labs (“we”, “our”, “Peptide Vault”). They should be read alongside our Research Use Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and Peptide Vault. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Research Use Policy, these Terms prevail.
1.Eligibility
By accessing this website or purchasing products, you represent, warrant and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are a qualified person acting for legitimate laboratory or research purposes. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot reasonably be established.
2.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the site you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Research Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site and refrain from placing any order. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.Regulatory position
The products supplied through this website are research chemicals intended for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not authorised as medicinal products and do not hold a marketing authorisation in any jurisdiction. They are not presented as, and are not intended to, diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or mitigate any disease or condition in humans or animals. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or an offer to supply a medicinal product.
4.Permitted use of products
All products sold by Peptide Vault are synthetic and supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are NOT for human or animal consumption; medical, diagnostic or therapeutic use; cosmetic use; use as food additives or supplements; or any recreational purpose. Any use outside permitted research is expressly prohibited.
5.Customer responsibilities
The purchaser represents, warrants and confirms that they: are knowledgeable about the safe handling of research materials; will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws; will ensure appropriate industrial-hygiene and safety controls; will adequately warn any downstream users of hazards; and have verified all relevant regulatory approvals for their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales where misuse is suspected or where supply would be unlawful or inappropriate.
6.No advice or warranties
All information provided on this website is for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, dosage guidance, reconstitution protocols or usage recommendations. Purchasers must rely on their own professional judgment and expertise.
7.Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and product descriptions, is the property of Peptide Vault Research Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
8.Orders, pricing and availability
Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion. Guest checkout is available; where you create an account, order history and status updates will also be visible in your account.
9.Payment
We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout, including debit/credit cards, PayPal for institutional buyers, and manual cryptocurrency transfers. Orders paid by cryptocurrency will be dispatched once the on-chain transaction has settled and been verified.
10.Shipping, risk and title
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any customs procedures in the destination country. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
11.Returns and refunds
Because our products are research reagents, returns are accepted only where a product is damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
12.Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Peptide Vault and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms or any misuse of the products.
13.Limitation of liability
The products and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.Website availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may suspend, restrict or terminate access at any time without liability.
15.Prohibited conduct
You must not: upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive or misleading content; use the website for any unauthorised commercial purpose; or represent, imply or suggest that our products are supplied for any prohibited use. Any communication suggesting intended misuse will result in immediate refusal of service and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

17.Governing law
